Service

The Readview provides professional editorial services for authors. We currently offer two core services:

• •Chapter Review ($50) — In-depth editorial feedback on a single chapter, including line-by-line annotations, pacing and structure notes, and a written summary with action items.
• •Full Book Review ($250) — Comprehensive manuscript analysis covering structure, narrative, character development, dialogue, a detailed written report, and a 30-minute follow-up consultation call.

Service descriptions, pricing, and turnaround times are detailed on our Services page and confirmed in your order confirmation email.

Your work remains yours. Submitting a manuscript to The Readview does not transfer any intellectual property rights. You retain full copyright and ownership of your manuscript at all times.

The editorial feedback, reports, and analysis we provide are licensed to you for your personal and professional use. You may reference, quote, or share our reviews and feedback as you see fit.

We will never claim authorship, co-authorship, or any form of ownership over your work.

All manuscripts are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. In summary:

• •Your manuscript is encrypted during upload and storage
• •Only your assigned editor has access to your work
• •Files are deleted within 30 days of feedback delivery or upon request
• •Your manuscript is never used for AI training or any automated purpose

All prices are listed in USD. Chapter Review is $50 and Full Book Review is $250. Prices are subject to change, but your price is locked at the time of order confirmation. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

Full payment is required before editorial work begins.

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with the feedback you receive:

• •We will revise the analysis at no additional cost, addressing your specific concerns
• •If you remain unsatisfied after a revision, we will issue a full refund within 14 days

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of feedback delivery. Contact us at support@thereadview.com.

Chapter Reviews are typically delivered within 3–5 business days. Full Book Reviews are delivered within 2–3 weeks, depending on manuscript length and complexity. We will notify you promptly of any delays.

Estimated turnaround times are provided at the time of order and confirmed via email.

Our editorial feedback represents the professional opinions of our editors and is intended for informational and developmental purposes. We do not guarantee any specific commercial outcome, including but not limited to book sales, publishing deals, or award recognition.

The Readview's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
